MUHAMED FARIZ BIN MOHD ALI

Muhamed Fariz graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in year 2003. After completing his pupillage with Messrs Azlan Shah Sukhdev & Co he was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2004.

He continued his practice with Messrs Azlan Shah Sukhdev & Co wherein during his term of practice, he had acted as Counsel and Co-Counsel for about 15 years in handling contentious matters and dispute resolution while working with and opposing experienced Counsels before starting his own Firm.

Currently, he has over 18 years of experience in advising and acting as Counsel and Co-Counsel for numerous Clients’ including at the Magistrate Court, Session Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court as well as matters involving Arbitration and Professional Bodies.

Professionally, Muhamed Fariz is fully committed in providing the best possible legal representation to his Clients’ and conducts his Clients’ cases with competency, honesty, integrity and professionalism.

NINI MAHERAN BINTI MOHD SALLEH

Nini Maheran Binti Mohd Salleh graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) and later furthered her studies in Bachelor of Law (LLB Honours).

After completing her pupillage, she was called to the Malaysian Bar and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2004.

She was also admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of all the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in year 2006.

Nini Maheran later commenced practice as a Legal Assistant in legal Firms in Bintulu and Limbang Sarawak. During her practice, she has accumulated legal experience in banking matters particularly in debt collections and recovery matters relating to execution of judgment and enforcement of Court Order.

She has also attended to corporate and conveyancing matters such as drafting agreements and transfer of land.
