Founder & Principal

Muhamed Fariz Bin Mohd Ali is the Founder and Principal of Fariz Ali & Associates. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2003 and completed his pupillage with Messrs Azlan Shah Sukhdev & Co. He was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2004.

Prior to establishing Fariz Ali & Associates, he practised with Messrs Azlan Shah Sukhdev & Co for approximately 15 years, during which he acted as Counsel and Co-Counsel in a broad spectrum of litigation and dispute resolution matters. Throughout his practice, he has worked alongside and appeared against experienced counsel at various levels of the Malaysian courts.

With over 20 years of experience, Muhamed Fariz has advised and represented clients before the Magistrates’ Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court, as well as in matters involving arbitration and professional bodies.

As Founder and Principal, he is committed to providing effective legal representation and leads the Firm with a strong emphasis on competence, integrity, professionalism, and client-focused advocacy.

Nini Maheran Binti Mohd Salleh

Associate

Nini Maheran Binti Mohd Salleh graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) and subsequently obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours).

She was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2004, and was later admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2006.

As an Associate of Fariz Ali & Associates, Nini Maheran primarily assists the Firm in litigation and dispute-related matters. Her work involves assisting in case preparation, court proceedings, and other litigation-related matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, she practised with law firms in Sarawak, where she gained experience in banking-related litigation, particularly in debt recovery and execution proceedings. Her exposure to corporate and conveyancing matters has been incidental to her litigation-focused practice.
